✔ 2 inch acrylic design attached to reel. Badge reels are between 1oz-2oz in weight depending on the reel option you choose.
🛑 The maximum weight each reel can hold is approximately 2oz (give or take). Consider a Heavy-Duty reel if more weight allowance is needed.
🛑 Clean acrylics with antibacterial soap and warm water or use a lint-free cloth. Because this is a handmade item, slight imperfections may be present.
🛑 Warranty- If your "reel" becomes defective within 30 days from purchase date, a replacement will be sent upon request once pictures are received and reviewed. If outside of 30-day window, a replacement will not be sent given I cannot guaranty reels longer than this due to normal wear and tear including not knowing the weight of items that are being hung on the reel. ***I DO NOT REPLACE REMOVEABLE BEADS***
🛑 If your item is broken upon receipt, you must notify me with pictures within 5 days from the USPS recorded delivery date. If after review of pictures it is determined that item was damaged in route, LMN Craft house will work with buyer on resolution. LMN Craft House does not accept returns.
