🛑 Tags are not meant to "snap" in place. Tags are meant to have a space under them and will be loose until you put the straw in. Tags are not meant to fully touch the top of the silicon piece on most tumblers.

Clean acrylics with antibacterial soap and warm water or use a lint-free cloth. Because this is a handmade item, slight imperfections may be present.

Exchanges- If your item becomes faulty due to craftsmanship (no fault of your own) within 30 days from the date of purchase, buyer can mail item back (buyer is responsible for return shipping cost), and once received, replacement will be sent.
